Whether you're completely new to sourdough, or a seasoned home baker, you'll learn all you need to know in this comprehensive sourdough class with Fort Worth's local sourdough expert - Trent Shaskan of Icon Bread. In addition to discovering all things sourdough, you'll spend the day learning with friends old & new, and delight your tastebuds with the included grazing board, wine, seltzer and beer!
